If you are interested in booking with us, you can expect to have a Great Experience! We have over 30 options of lodging, including inn rooms & cabins. Our prices will be increased (approx. $500/ night) and we have a minimum stay of 4 nights. The reasoning behind this includes the cost of us providing 24 hour security and security gates on the property as well as additional labor for meals and activities for our guests. We have never seen or experienced anything like this wonderful Act of God but we are going above and beyond to provide a secure and comfortable stay for our guests and protect our business. According to reliable sources, our small little town is expecting 100,000 – 500,000 people because we are “X” marks the Spot. IT’S A BIG DEAL! Traffic in and out of town is expected to be extremely difficult the day prior and day after, hence the 4 night stay. Our on-premise Back Porch Bar & Cosina Grill will provide reasonably priced breakfast, lunch and dinner primarily for our guests. If we are capable of opening to the public, we will, but our first obligation is making sure our guests can enjoy meals and drinks without any hassle. Our guests can expect nightly events during their stay that will include happy hours, live music, karaoke, game nights & a scavenger hunt with prizes.
